The structure that supports both motions — Application and Intelligence Layer — publishes here once the pricing workstream resolves. Until then, we quote per deal against the principles below.
Principles
What's already locked
Reports, scheduled delivery, and external recipients are included. Put reports in front of every manager, regional, and stakeholder who needs them — the economics don’t change based on how broadly you distribute.
- Per-location SaaS for the Application. A flat per-location fee covers AI Chat, AI Analytical Sandbox, daily and weekly reports, anomaly detection, ML forecasting, sentiment analysis, and Operational Observations.
- Platform fee + usage for the Intelligence Layer. A platform fee covers MCP server, semantic layer, RBAC, and reference architectures; consumption is metered on tool calls and is consistent across the AI vendors you connect.
- No feature-gating by motion. Anything in the AI-feature inventory ships in both motions where the surface allows it. Differentiation is on consumption shape, not capability.
- No per-user license. Period. Adding readers, recipients, or stakeholders to a report never changes the bill.
